Natalia Guzman
FNP-C, CANS
Natalia Guzman, FNP-C, CANS, is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She was born and raised in El Salvador and immigrated to the USA in 2004. In 2006 she worked for a renowned plastic surgeon and fell in love with aesthetics and plastic surgery.
She truly enjoyed seeing patients happy through their aesthetic journey. She graduated from Los Angeles County College of Nursing and Allied health. Throughout her nursing career she has worked along-side the most renowned and talented plastic surgeons. These experiences have provided her with in-depth knowledge of anatomy and aesthetic procedures.
Natalia is an experienced and acclaimed aesthetic practitioner with years of experience in the field, thousands of injecting hours, and extensive training. She specializes in providing natural results. Natalia is passionate about enhancing and maintaining her patient’s natural beauty. She provides full-face rejuvenation and regenerative aesthetic treatments. Natalia prides herself with her vast knowledge of anatomy, safety and continued education. Natalia understands the importance of continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in aesthetics. She prides herself in creating holistic individualized treatments for her patients.
Her patients appreciate her attention to detail, honesty and her caring approach in their aesthetic journey. Natalia is a national trainer and key opinion leader for Galderma, Allergan and Revance, three of the leading injectable companies in the United States. Natalia is consistently one of the most requested and sought out national trainers. She travels around the country teaching medical professionals her skills, knowledge of anatomy, injectable techniques and product knowledge. In her spare time Natalia loves to spend time with her family and her furry children.
Neal Handel, MD, FACS
Medical Director
Dr. Neal Handel is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon with 43 years of experience practicing in Southern California. He earned his bachelor’s degree with honors from Columbia University in 1969 and completed his medical degree at Yale University in 1973. Dr. Handel underwent general surgery training at UCLA and Tulane, followed by a plastic surgery residency at the University of Colorado Medical Center. He further honed his skills through fellowship training in England and Scotland before establishing his practice in Los Angeles in 1980.
As a Clinical Professor at UCLA School of Medicine, Dr. Handel plays an active role in training the next generation of surgeons. A recognized leader in the field, he is frequently invited to speak at professional conferences both in the United States and internationally. He has demonstrated live surgeries at the prestigious Baker Gordon Symposium in Miami, as well as at plastic surgery conferences in Korea, China, and Russia
Dr. Handel has authored over 60 articles in peer-reviewed medical journals, contributed twelve chapters to medical textbooks, and co-edited the significant textbook Problems in Breast Surgery – A Repair Manual, published in 2014.
For 17 years, Dr. Handel served as co-director of The Breast Center, a multidisciplinary practice dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disorders. During this time, he developed extensive expertise in both cosmetic and reconstructive breast surgery. In addition to his breast surgery specialization, Dr. Handel maintains a thriving cosmetic surgery practice, performing hundreds of procedures on the eyelids, nose, and face, as well as body contouring surgeries, including abdominoplasty, liposuction, and fat grafting.
His expertise has made him a sought-after interview subject for various media outlets, and he was featured in a ten-part documentary on plastic surgery broadcast on The Learning Channel and the Discovery Health Channel.
Dr. Handel’s excellence in the field has been recognized with numerous accolades. In 2006, C-Magazine named him one of California’s “ten best” plastic surgeons. He was also selected by Los Angeles Magazine as one of Los Angeles’s “Super Doctors” from 2016 to 2020, based on peer recommendations, and was included in the prestigious “Castle Connolly Top Doctor” list for those same years.

Monse is the Manager of Atelier Aesthetix. She holds an associate’s degree in accounting, a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA in Marketing. With over 10 years of experience in the cosmetic and aesthetics world. She handles the day-to-day practice operations. Monse understands Atelier Aesthetix is synonymous to the highest standards of patient care and patient experience.
